Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the Columbia SC + surrounding areas. Free delivery is given within 10 miles of 29204 zip code, delivery fees range from $25 - $150 depending on mileage. We are happy to deliver to other SC cities, but a full day rental may be required depending on booking schedules. Send in an inquiry and we can chat!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $150 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date + time. This cleaning/security deposit will be held until after your event. Once we receive and inspect the house/ball pit, it will be refunded as long as the house/pit is in proper condition. If there is any excessive cleaning from paints/confetti/chalk/anything deemed abnormal for our cleaning crew, or missing ball pit balls, the deposit will not be refunded.

If your event is cancelled, this deposit will be held to use on future bookings with us!

What surface will you set up on?

We only set up our houses/pits on flat, even surfaces like grass, concrete, turf, and cement. We CANNOT set up on gravel, rocks, uneven surfaces, or dirt. Bounce houses and ball pits can be used inside! We may request a photo of your allotted area before the event to approve location! There must be a power source within 50 ft of the bounce house or a generator rented/available.

What are the ‘no, nos’ ?

We have a few HUGE no’s to bouncing and playing in the pit. No shoes on. No facepaint, glitter, confetti, silly string, chalk or anything similar in or around the bounce house and ball pit. No sharp objects near or inside the house/pit. No food or drink inside the house/pit. No rough housing, climbing on the sides of house/pit, or other activities that increase risk of injury. No children bouncing/playing in the pit without supervision.

How does delivery and timing work?

We deliver and set up at least 30 min + before rental start time. Many cases we set up an hour + ahead. If you need special accommodations (ie your rental time starts before your event begins and you want us to wait to set up) we can do our best to accommodate your requests! We begin take down when your event rental time ends. If you would like us to take down prior, please let us know.

How do you clean the houses + ball pits?

We vacuum and clean with non-toxic commercial grade soap + water after every use. We also sanitize in between uses! Staying sparkly clean is a BIG priority for The Cola Bounce House.

Can we have an attendant stay by the bounce house/ball pit?

Attendants are not included in your rental price. We do not require attendants for rentals, but do offer them at $25 / hour as an added on cost. Attendants are not babysitters. Supervision is required by adults if an attendant is not present.

What happens if I have to cancel my event?

Whether it’s due to weather or another circumstance, we are happy to reschedule your event to another date. Unfortunately, security deposits are not refundable when events are cancelled and not rescheduled. We will apply the deposit to another date. When your rescheduled rental date has arrived and we pick up the house/pit in good condition, your deposit will be refunded!

How does the Super Slide wet rental work?

We have water hoses installed on the house for water to be sprayed on the slide portion of the Super slide, but do require clients to have a hose and water access available to the slide location. We will connect your hose to the hose on the Super Slide and turn on your water. The pool portion is inflated to a degree for comfort but will fill up with a little pool of water for fun splashing. A wet rental is only to be used by children who are proficient in swimming by themselves. We ask that water be turned off an hour before pick up so the slide has time to dry off before we pick up!

What if there isn’t a nearby power source at the event location?

Though a power source within 50 ft is preferred, you can rent a quiet generator for your event. This is a great choice for public locations! Quotes on generator rentals can be given upon request. Please note any permits that may be necessary for having our house/pit in public locations! Our ball pits do not require a power source.

Are balloon garlands included?

Balloon arches/garlands are not included in the house rental. We can recommend a few companies to order from, or we can do it for you! Balloon garland set up will be a separate personalized quote to meet your vision + needs. Include this desired service when booking!

Can I add vinyls to the house/ball pit?

Yes! You are welcome to add vinyls to the house/pit walls. We just ask that you carefully remove them before we come to pick up the bounce house/ball pit. We would love to recommend a few small businesses you can purchase from locally + online or do this for you!
